This is an Empires at War series game from Joe Miranda.

Command control, morale, choice of combat tactics are given great attention. This covers the battle for the period 1 May 1863 thru 6 May 1863 in 21 turns. There is one large 34x22 map of which half+ is for Chancellorsville and the remainder is Plevna.
